ABOUT ME

I am Markus Marthaler from Switzerland, I was once a professional swimmer, competing at both national and international levels.

An extraordinary opportunity came my way when a dear friend, a former NCAA basketball champion, approached me with a compelling challenge. He aspired to conquer an IRONMAN, and he sought my expertise to guide him through the swimming segment. Without hesitation, I embraced his request and not only committed to assist him but also decided to participate alongside him in this epic endeavor.

But here's the real kicker - for me, the IRONMAN Challenge hasn‘t been just about participation; it has become about pushing the boundaries of what's possible!

Fast forward to today I am not only competing in IRONMAN races, I also venture off into new challenges!
