Room for improvement

The 4th week has passed. All in all it was a really good week. I am getting better and better at keeping the pace while running and I feel my body is getting used to it. While cycling on the turbo trainer I feel more confident and am doing more intervals and am not only “eating the kilometers”. And in swimming I have increased the pace plus my highlight on Sunday (yesterday) was a 7 kilometer session, which I haven‘t done in a while. It was refreshing to see that I could keep the pace until the end of the session. I recognise that in all three disciplines there is still a lot of room for improvement but it is a good start for now. So in numbers, in the past 4 weeks I completed: 22 swimming sessions (Total: about 95 km), 11 cycling sessions (Total: about 380 km) and 8 running sessions (Total: about 70 km).
